Who?: My name is Kevin Frias Daza. I created this site with the intention to share my passion for fitness on a global scale. As a fitness professional for 6+ years I’ve trained a variety of clients from old to young, fit to unfit, athletes & weekend warriors. Expressing my endless curiosity & passion through my fitness gallery allows me to share exercises that I find to be very beneficial in the 3 areas I plan on focusing. Bodyweight Strength , Skeletal Muscle Development, and Stability/Mobility.
What?: FITNESS is the quality of being suitable to fulfill a particular role or task. Having a high level of fitness allows us to live life having less aches and pains and grants us the ability to enjoy physical activity longer throughout our lives.
Why?: The fitness industry is massive and with social media it is constantly growing. A common misconception that I find is that “Fitness” is portrayed as having a muscular physique, lifting massive amounts of weight, and dieting to reach unhealthy “beauty” standards. My goal is to change that narrative and introduce healthy movement patterns with the intention to teach & convey my own fitness philosophy to make everyone feel strong, able, and achieve their own personal high level of fitness.
